SECTION 2 - ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES

Yashvrinda provides accommodation, dining, events, celebrations, and other hospitality experiences subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that room descriptions, photographs, amenities, facilities, services, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, actual room layouts, furnishings, décor, views, facilities, or other details may vary slightly from the images or descriptions shown online.

Hotel facilities and services may also be subject to availability, maintenance, operational requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or facility when necessary.

SECTION 3 - RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS

When you submit a reservation request or complete a booking through our website, you are requesting accommodation or another service from Yashvrinda.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after successful payment, where applicable, and confirmation from Yashvrinda.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel a reservation where necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, payment issues, availability changes, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may affect the reservation.

Guests are requested to carefully review their room type, stay dates, number of guests, and other booking details before completing payment.

SECTION 4 - CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document at the time of check-in.

The maximum occupancy of each room may vary. Guests must comply with the occupancy limits specified for the selected room.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Room rates, dining prices, event charges, packages, promotions, and other service prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time of booking, unless otherwise communicated by Yashvrinda.

Guests agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to pay all applicable charges associated with their reservation or selected services.

Additional charges may apply for extra guests, additional services, special requests, damages, or other services not included in the original reservation.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation charges are determined according to the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

15 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charges.
8 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges apply.
Within 7 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charges apply.

Where a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be processed through the original payment method used for the reservation.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and the guest's bank or financial institution.

Bookings for special events, weddings, group reservations, packages, or customised arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking.

SECTION 7 - BOOKING CHANGES

Requests to modify a confirmed reservation, including changes to dates, room type, number of guests, or other booking details, are subject to availability and approval by Yashvrinda.

Additional charges may apply for any changes.

Requests made close to the scheduled arrival date may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

SECTION 8 - NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication with the hotel, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and may be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

If a guest chooses to check out before the confirmed departure date, the unused portion of the reservation may not be eligible for a refund and will be subject to the applicable booking policy.

SECTION 9 - DINING, EVENTS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Dining reservations, private dining experiences, celebrations, weddings, corporate events, decorations, special arrangements, transportation, and other customised services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Special requests should be communicated to our team in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.

Certain events, group bookings, or customised arrangements may have separate payment schedules, minimum requirements, cancellation policies, and terms.

SECTION 10 - GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities due to their actions or negligence.

Guests must comply with all hotel rules, safety requirements, applicable laws, and instructions provided by hotel staff.

Yashvrinda reserves the right to take appropriate action where guest conduct creates a safety, security, or operational concern.

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
